Welcome back! In this class, we will continue our journey, learning to cook with and blend spices, adding pizzazz to old and new recipes! We will make rajma (red kidney beans in spicy onion gravy), palak paneer (Indian cottage cheese in creamy spinach gravy), jeera rice, raita and parathas (Indian flatbread).
