I enjoyed Parul's stories and her knowledge of spices and cooking.  Her recipe for paneer makhani was an instant hit with my family and friends, and my husband asks me to make it every week since the cooking class! I also loved learning how to make parathas, and have made them successfully several times since the class.

My family loves the crunchy taco wrap, an incredibly delicious and healthy dish that’s quick and easy to prepare! My kids are always asking me to make the wrap for them, and even my friends who’ve tried it want to know where I learned such a great recipe. This and other dishes really encourage me to go to back to Parul’s kitchen often, where I can learn to make more short, simple, and appetizing meals.

Parul's Kitchen is an adventure in the wonderful smells, taste, and history of India! Parul is an accomplished cook and teacher who shares her skills in a gentle and generous manner. I thoroughly enjoyed my class and have used her recipes many times since. Parul's Kitchen is a great way to meet with friends, learn a new skill, and break Naan! I give it a 5 star rating.

I have really enjoyed participating in Parul's instant pot cooking class. I learned delicious, healthy and wholesome dishes like vegetarian chili and quinoa soup. Parul's knowledge of different cuisines make the cooking lessons more lively, fun and engaging. Her recipes are easy to follow and execute. I look forward to coming back and learning more mouth watering delicacies in Parul's Kitchen.
